Perth with DanCan't make the home open? We'll be your eyes.
Video viewings of Perth rentals for people still overseas: live on WhatsApp, or recorded and sent straight after if the time doesn't suit the UK. We attend the home open, film every room, ask the agent your questions and tell you honestly what we think. From £49A$99.
Perth agents want to see you at the viewing.
With Perth's vacancy rate under 2%, agents get dozens of applications per home, and many favour people who've actually viewed it. If you're still in the UK, that usually means weeks in an Airbnb first. Eyes on the Ground lets you view properly from home.

Please read: what this is and isn't
- We are not a real estate agent. We don't negotiate, apply, sign or pay anything on your behalf. You apply directly with the agent or landlord.
- Not a building or pest inspection. It's an honest look-around from someone who's been through the move, not a professional property report.
- Availability depends on location and time. Perth metro only, subject to one of our team (or a vetted partner) being free for that home open. If we can't attend, you get a full refund.
- Agents decide who gets a property. A viewing improves your chances but doesn't guarantee approval.
FAQ
What if the home open is cancelled or moved?
We'll rebook for the new time if we can, or move your booking to another property. If neither works, you get a refund.
Will the agent accept my application if I didn't attend myself?
Most Perth agents accept applications from people who were represented at a viewing, but it's their call. We let the agent know we're viewing for you and pass on anything they say about applying.
What if the viewing is in the middle of the night in the UK?
No problem. We'll record the walkthrough and send it to you on WhatsApp straight after, along with the agent's answers to your questions.
What time zone is the call in?
Perth time (AWST, UTC+8). Saturday morning home opens are early morning in the UK, so many people choose a recorded walkthrough plus the written verdict.
Can I record the video call?
Yes, for your own use. We avoid filming other attendees and follow any rules the agent sets.
Do you do viewings outside Perth?
Not at the moment. Perth metro only (roughly Joondalup to Rockingham, and out to Midland).
What's your refund policy?
Full refund if we can't attend. Otherwise see our refunds policy.
