Perth with Dan (sole trader, ABN 85 422 349 116, Perth WA). All purchases are non-refundable once access is granted or the service has been provided. This includes Room Finder full access (A$14.99 / £7.99), the planning call and all packages and services.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, which can include a refund.

Room Finder full access

• Full access is a one-off digital purchase and is non-refundable once access has been unlocked.
• Posting a listing is free, so there's nothing to pay or refund for posting.

Planning call

The planning call ($79) is non-refundable once held, and is credited in full against any package you book afterwards. If we have to cancel, we'll rebook you at a time that suits you.

Packages and services

Packages and services are non-refundable once work has started or the service has been provided. If something we provide isn't right, tell us and we'll put it right.
